Product Quality & Verification Standards

At BPC Locker Room, premium quality and customer confidence are our top priorities. Every product we offer is carefully sourced, inspected, and reviewed to ensure it meets the visual, material, and production standards associated with the original brand and release specifications.

All footwear products undergo a detailed human verification and quality assurance process prior to sale. Each product is individually inspected for overall condition, craftsmanship, materials, structure, packaging, labeling, and release consistency. Products are also barcode scanned and digitally reviewed to ensure they clear all applicable verification and inspection standards within our internal quality control process.

We source our footwear inventory through premium third-party verified channels and suppliers that specialize in premium retail products.

However, BPC Locker Room does not guarantee or participate in third-party authentication outcomes. Authentication companies and marketplaces may use different methods, standards, technologies, opinions, or review processes that are outside of our control.

Because these standards vary from company to company, we cannot guarantee approval, verification, or authentication results from any external third-party authentication service.By purchasing from BPC Locker Room, customers acknowledge and understand that third-party authentication decisions are independent opinions determined solely by the external authentication provider.

Returns Policy

Customers have up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a return.

To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be returned in its original brand-new condition. The product, packaging, box, and all original tags must remain attached and intact exactly as sold. Items showing signs of wear, scuffing, dirt, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

All refunds require the original product to be physically returned. No refunds will be issued without the return of the merchandise.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
